Return & Refund Policy

No Returns or Exchanges: All sales of digital content and online courses on VidyaSetu-IAS are strictly final. Once a course or digital service has been purchased and access has been granted, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances. As all content is delivered digitally, no physical return is applicable.
We encourage all customers to carefully review course descriptions and syllabi before making a purchase decision.
Refund Eligibility — Non-Delivery of Access:
If payment has been successfully made but access to the purchased course or digital content has not been granted, you are entitled to a 100% full refund. The refund will be processed within 2 working days from the date the non-delivery is confirmed, back to the original payment method.
How to Claim a Non-Delivery Refund:

- Our team will verify the access status within 1 working day.
- Upon confirmation, a full refund will be initiated within 2 working days.
Refund Mode: Refunds will be credited to the original payment source (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet) used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy

Before Access is Granted: An order may be cancelled within 12 hours of payment, provided course access has not yet been activated. To request a cancellation, email vidyasetuadmin@gmail.com with your Order ID and payment details.
After Access is Granted: Once digital access to a course or service has been activated, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances. As all content is delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon activation, no cancellation will be entertained post-access.
In the event of a valid pre-activation cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded within 2 working days to the original payment method.
VidyaSetu-IAS reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical errors, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.
Digital Delivery Policy

100% Digital — No Physical Delivery: VidyaSetu-IAS is an exclusively online education service provider. All courses, study materials, test series, and content are delivered in digital format only. No physical or hard copy of any material will be dispatched under any circumstances.
How You Receive Access:
- Upon successful payment, course access is typically activated within 24 hours (usually immediately or within a few hours on working days).
- Login credentials or access links will be shared on your registered email address and/or mobile number.
- Content can be accessed through our website/platform using any internet-enabled device.
Access Duration: The validity period for each course is mentioned on the respective product/course page at the time of purchase. Access expires automatically upon completion of the stated validity period.
